The Folsom Library's Conference and Fischbach Seminar Rooms are used as meeting spaces for various committees, boards, study groups, and guest lecturers. These rooms may be reserved by Rensselaer faculty, staff, and Union-recognized student groups. While classes normally scheduled through the Registrar may be allowed to use these rooms for a special occasion, such reservations will be prioritized lower than those for other groups. Reservations for these rooms are subject to cancellation as a result of higher-level requests.
