Information Literacy At The Library

September 28, 2018

Need help getting started with research?  How about your students?  Now available through the Rensselaer Libraries is the comprehensive InfoLit guide from Credo Reference -  Included are both text and video tutorials addressing the research process from start to finish.   You can go through the entire module or pick and choose the sections most pertinent to your research needs.  Components included are a description of types of sources and how to evaluate them, how to identify fake news, how to start your research, and information on citations and plagiarism.  Faculty have their own section with advice on including these modules into course content.
