All Rensselaer ExecuComp Users, Past and Present: Important Notice
The Rensselaer Libraries' subscription to ExecuComp (Standard & Poor's) will expire in March 2011. This database's provider has specific requirements regarding its data at cancellation time. If you are now using or have previously used ExecuComp via the Rensselaer Libraries’ subscription, please read the following and comply with Standard & Poor’s requirements listed below by March 24, 2011.
In downloading the Standard & Poor's ExecuComp database, and according to the terms of the subscription agreement, you agreed that upon the expiration of the terms of the ExecuComp Subscription Agreement, you would cease all use of ExecuComp provided under the Agreement AND expunge the ExecuComp Data and any portion or copies thereof, including any derivative work, from all of Licensee’s electronic systems, upon termination of the Agreement.
If you are now using or have previously used ExecuComp via the Rensselaer Libraries’ subscription, please do the following by March 24, 2011:
- Cease all use of ExecuComp provided under the Agreement, upon termination of the Agreement.
- Expunge the ExecuComp Data and any portion or copies thereof, including any derivative work, from all of Licensee’s electronic systems, upon termination of the Agreement.
