Rensselaer Architecture Library
The Architecture Library's Circulation Desk supervises the use of library and other materials, including electronic resources, designated by faculty as important to the teaching of specific classes. These materials are listed under course name in the Rensselaer Libraries' CLASS RESERVE database as they become available for use. Access to certain resources in this database is restricted to Rensselaer faculty, staff and students in order to comply with copyright law and various licensing agreements.
Off-campus users must authenticate to gain access to class reserve resources. To authenticate, all you need is your RCS ID and password and use Internet Explorer as your browser.Information for Faculty
If you would like to provide your students with class reserve materials, submit the Class Reserve Set Up form. Class Reserve Set Up forms are processed in order of receipt and should be submitted to the Circulation Desk well before the start of classes to allow time for loan recall and ordering. Submit material at least 2 days in advance of when it is needed. Materials received after 4:00 PM Mon. - Fri. or any time on a weekend cannot be processed until the next regular business day. Increased library workloads during the start up of classes and final examinations may cause processing delays.
The forms listed below are in pdf format and can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat. Paper copies can be obtained from the Architecture Library Circulation Desk.
